Honestly the h3 is extremely useful and it’s packed with use every single day. Some of the stuff said was true and some was absolutely false. The H-3 in Hawaii is neither abandoned nor useless. I lived on Oahu for six years and used the H-3 a great many times. It is the ONLY way across the middle of the island. Otherwise, it's around the island... at least an hour in either direction.. This is just idiocy!! I've no idea where Top Luxury got its info from, but this makes them appear silly.

I love how the Nevada project got politicized and was shut down… now there’s $17 billion invested there and still no solution to what was a mounting nuclear waste problem, unless they somehow chose and constructed another site and have used that one effectively to mitigate the problem… Sorry Nevada, it’s exactly your population and remote areas that were chosen for this. The only concern I would have had is the water flowing from the mountain to the natives, all the other points from the opposition weren’t well founded. I wouldn’t be surprised if the water situation was studied beforehand, but the opponents seized the possibility of poor studies to fast track the project’s shutdown. Trust me, they didn’t drop $17 billion on nuclear waste disposal without doing an EXTENSIVE amount of planning and research.

Forest City is what happens when you think you can rely on your own citizens. Malaysians couldn't afford those apartments/condos so they offer it to the Chinese. The citizens get outraged by it so they ban foreigners from being able to live in those spaces. The forest city political situation must have been quite bad, considering from what i know of Malaysia they already have quite a split population between chinese, indian and indigenous ancestries, teach multiple languages in school (both the mayasians I've known spoke various levels of chinese and english, one of them barely spoke malay at all and not sure about the other), think Malaysia might have multiple official languages if i remember correctly.

Man, that New Forest City would be a beauty to behold. Integration of infrastructure necessary for people to survive along with Nature. And not only that, but using the land intelligently with vertical farms and using reclaimed land. Big pluses. But my god, I'd be furious if I were Malaysian and wanted to live there. That is absolutely what they call Neo-Colonialism. I've read that part of the reason for the housing crisis on the West Coast of the USA is because Chinese buy up all the property and then never move in or use it. Also have read that it echos what is going on in Ottawa and Vancouver.
Also, we have an extremely useless airport. It is even classified as "International" capable. But it is rarely used since utilizing the airport might cause sound pollution, even though it is built outside city limits and I live on the edge of the city. It's miles away. The only time we heard anything was when military jets would increase their power after taking off and getting settled in and they're gone now.
